How to cook Boneless Beef Short Ribs - Episode 108
Beef Short Ribs - Boneless - 1/2 pound per person
1 Celery stalk
1 Yellow onion
3 Cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1/2 t dry thyme (or fresh thyme!)
2 T Tomato paste
1 Quart/Liter Chicken Stock - http://amzn.to/2jNnCb1
Rough chop celery, carrot and onion.
Put celery, carrot, onion, garlic, bay leaf and thyme in pot.
Saute with a little olive oil.
At the same time, salt the beef and bring to room temperature.
Roast at 425F for 15 minutes to brown.
Add the beef and the stock to the veggies and put in a 325F oven for 2-3 hours.
Serve and enjoy.
